Community Housing Partnership

Community Housing Partnership is the only San Francisco nonprofit organization dedicated solely to providing permanent housing to formerly homeless individuals and families. To date, CHP owns, manages, or provides services at 14 buildings with over 1,000 units, with nearly 200 additional units under construction. In tandem with residential support, CHP offers services such as job training and placement, family and youth programs, substance abuse treatment, and community events. In 2007, CHP launched a social enterprise, Solutions SF, which provides property management staffing and services, and has created jobs for over 100 people. Each year, CHP works with 1,500 formerly homeless adults and children.
